Prof. Singh is currently serving as the Dean of University School of Law and Legal Studies, Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, New Delhi. Having a teaching career of more than 25 years, Prof. Singh has also worked with the Parliament of India. He has two masters degree in Law to his name, and expertise in Constitutional Law, Environmental Jurisprudence and indic studies. Prof. Singh is a mentor and a guide for all of us at Niti Manthan.

Nitish is law graduate from Delhi who is presently working with Hon'ble Mr. Justice Sanjiv Khanna at Supreme Court of India. He has an interest in Criminal Law, and Constitutional Philosophy. He is the founder-Director of Niti Manthan and is keen to percolate legal awareness till the grass-root levels.

Mansi Gupta is an advocate enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi. She did her LLB from University of Delhi and then went to pursue her LLM from University of Cambridge as a Commonwealth Scholar. She is presently working at Lakshikumaran & Sridharan where she practices dispute resolution.

Siddhant is a Legal Practitioner based in Delhi, India. He concentrates on the disputes arising out of customs law, including foreign trade policy of India, foreign exchange law and other ancillary trade laws. He has also assisted various government authorities in cases before the Supreme Court of India and Delhi High Court. Further, he has prepared policy analysis for the Ministry of Labour & Employment, India.

Siddhant has a continuous engagement with academic with publications including Wolter Kluwer’s Global Trade and Customs Journal. He has delivered various guest lectures on a diversity of topics and conducted moot court training workshops for various law schools in India. .

Madina is an international relations and social science researcher from Russia. She holds a BA degree in International Relations from Corvinus University of Budapest (2018). Madina performed internships at the American Cultural Center in Moscow and Russian International Affairs Council. She is interested in public diplomacy; prior to joining the Journal, Ms Plieva contributed to the Moscow-based public diplomacy NGO. She is currently working in a bank and considers pursuing a Master’s degree in Development Economics.

Yash is a graduate in Computer Science Engineering from Netaji Subhash Chandra University of Technology (Formerly 'NSIT'). He has served as the Prime Placement Coordinator at the university and has worked as a Trainee Engineer at Publicis Sapient. Yash has developed the website of the organization from scratch and is the IT head of Niti Manthan.

Aradhana is a post graduate student of political science. She has done her graduation from Delhi College of Arts and Commerce, University of Delhi and has been a rank holder both at the college and the University level. She holds a keen interest in political science and policy making. She has also been involved in social work as the head of Project Tanzeal, NSS, where they teach underprivileged kids. She has a passion for public speaking and have participated and prized in the same. Currently she is pursuing a career in civil services and wishes to work in her area of interest as a civil servant.

Architi has graduated in Law from Vivekananda Institute of Professional Studies, GGSIPU. With keen interests in niche areas of Health Law and Policy, she is currently pursuing her PGD in Medical Law and Ethics from the National Law School of India University. She has certifications from institutions like NIDM, ISIL, Harvard and MIT (EdX) and National Geographic ZSL. She has research experience with Government Institutions like the Delhi Commission for Protection of Child Rights (DCPCR), Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI), National Human Rights Commission (NHRC) and University centres like the Centre for Justice, Law and Society, Jindal Global Law School. Architi has been working as a core team member with the think tank Niti Manthan since May 2019 and its partner organization, Young Leaders for Legal Literacy Foundation under which she also founded Sushruta – the Centre For Medical and Health Law Ethic Studies. She has also been a Para Legal Volunteer (PLV) with Delhi State Legal Services Authority (DSLSA).

Madhav is a student of law at Vivekananda Institute of Professional Studies and is going to graduate in the year 2022. He has worked under the direction of Dr. Risham Garg at the Research Center for Banking and Financial Laws in NLU-D. Madhav has a distinct fascination for business law and cases. In future he wishes to spin his vocation around business and tax laws and corporate practice. At Niti Manthan, he co-odinates for the in-house research and is an editor for Niti Manthan blogs.

Samarth Luthra is a student at the University School of Law and Legal Studies, GGSIPU. Through the course of his law school journey, Samarth has amassed diverse work experience and excellence in his academic pursuit. He has to his name multiple articles published in reputed journals, blogs and newspapers. Beyond writing, Samarth has also worked extensively in the editing process, having served as the Editor-in-Chief of IJPIEL in 2020 and is currently serving as the Editor-in-Chief of the USLLS ADR Blog. His co-curricular achievements are distinguished - he has been adjudged the best researcher in two national moots, has bagged the winner’s trophy in a national client counselling competition, and also has accolades in national article writing competitions. He has worked with eminent professionals in the legal industry like HMJ DN Patel, HMJ SR Bhat, Sr. Adv. Chetan Sharma, and Sr. Adv. K.K. Manan.

When not engaged in a legal pursuit, Samarth can be found actively following developments in the cricketing world and planning his next move in a game of Chess. He happens to be a part of his University’s cricket team and captains his University’s chess team.

Kamakshi Joshi is a mental health professional with a bachelor's and master's in clinical psychology, along with a diploma in Clinical Hypnotherapy. She is a passionate researcher in the fields of Community Mental Health and Psycho-Legal issues, as well as a Mental health advocate. She has been working with iCALL Psychosocial Helpline, TISS, Mumbai in the capacity of a research assistant and program assistant. Kamakshi believes in promotion and prevention of mental health and related issues, for which she has taken the first step through the centre she co-founded, Psycho-Legal Centre for Research at YLCube Foundation, Niti Manthan. She envisions a healthy society, which she believes can be achieved by focusing on research so as to establish linkages with effective and preventative services. She is passionate about youth mental health and aims to create strength-based resources for the same.

Ajeeth is a 10th semester BBA LLB (Hons.) student at School of Law, CHRIST (Deemed To Be University), Bengaluru. His Core fields of interest lie in the fields of TMT Laws, Data Protection, IPR. He is currently leading the Centre for Environment Law, Research and Action (CELRA). His passions for environmental law started as a child, when he was introduced to the social organisation in school. Throughout his life, he has strived to understand, read and engage in discourse surrounding environmental policy making in the country. Through CELRA, he hopes to be able to contribute to the rising young voices in the field and looks forward to being able to push the boundaries of intergenerational equity.

Prateek Mudgal, having keen interest in Constitutional and Criminal law, is a law student at faculty of Law, Aligarh Muslim University. He enjoys reading about ethical and epistemological questions of philosophy. Prateek joined Sushruta in October, 2020. He started as a research intern, joined the board and went on to head the Constitutional limb of a project on Public Health Federalism. Currently, he is working as the Chief Editor for Sushruta blogs and representing the centre at the Global Journal for Socio-Legal Research.

Aditi Das is a third year student of B.A.LLB at Symbiosis Law School, Hyderabad. She have been associated with Niti Manthan since 2021. She holds keen interest in criminal law and likes to read about the psychological aspects of a criminal mind and associated fields.
