Nitish Bhaiya, as called by his "kids", takes sessions on Constitutional philosophy and Criminal Procedure and has directed 12 research projects, with students from 26 law-schools pan-India, at Niti Manthan. He is the founding member of Niti Manthan and catalyses the functions of the organization to facilitate the intersection of law with other dimensions of society; ensuring that the quality research and legal comprehension doesn't remain an esoteric phenomenon.

Manan has a 5-year experience at High Court of Judicature at Delhi and the Supreme Court of India. He is on the panel of the Union of India and has an expertise in the fields of white-collar crimes and other Enforcement Directorate ( ED) matters. Hailing from the land of Bhagawad Gita (Kurukshetra), Yash is a final year B.Tech student at Netaji Subhash Chandra University of Technology (Formerly 'NSIT'). Yash has served as the Prime Placement Coordinator at the university and has worked as a Trainee Engineer at Publicis Sapient. Yash has developed the website of the organization from scratch and is the IT head of Niti Manthan.
A law graduate from Jamia Millia Islamia, Akanksha is currently working as an Advocate in the High Court of Delhi and District Courts. Having a knack for event organization, she has been the Moot Court Convener in her University days. At this young age, madam counsel has appeared in several high profile criminal matters and has also briefed senior advocates at the Supreme Court of India. Akanksha didi, as lovingly called by her juniors, has been the member of core-committee since the initial days of the organization.
Architi is a 4th-year law student at Vivekananda Institute of Professional Studies, GGSIPU, Delhi. A medical student in class 12th and a law student today, Architi has always had her interests varying across many fields. She has always been an avid reader and writer and puts across her views opinions openly through across various platforms like Niti Manthan, Campus Chronicle, Magicpin, etc. Chitti (as her friends call her) has been part of and has headed various research projects, is an editor at Niti Manthan and on a regular basis accomplishes participation in Summer Schools, Conferences, Youth Parliaments, Writing Competitions, Debates, ADR Competitions, and Moot Courts. Madhav is a student of law at Vivekananda Institute of Professional Studies and is going to graduate in the year 2022. He has worked under the direction of Dr. Risham Garg at the Research Center for Banking and Financial Laws in NLU-D. Madhav has a distinct fascination for business law and cases. In future he wishes to spin his vocation around business and tax laws and corporate practice.At Niti Manthan, he co-odinates for the in-house research and is an editor of Niti Manthan blogs.

She has also worked as a social volunteer with M.A.D. Foundation, Isha Foundation and Swachh Bharat Mission. Having a keen interest in the field of Criminal and International Law and Social Activism has also headed a Research Project related to the synergy between Law and Medical Sciences and being a part of the Core Committee at Niti Manthan. Apart from that he has worked as a social volunteer with Isha Foundation and the Swachh Bharat Mission. With an interest in International and Criminal Law running parallelly with an essence of Social Sensitivity, he has also headed the Medico Legal Research Project in Niti Manthan. Samiksha is a second year law student at University of Delhi. She has completed her M.Com. and has a corporate experience of two years. Samiksha has also worked as an industrial trainee in HPTDC, govt, of Himachal Pradesh. This soft-spoken Shimla girl is a civil-service aspirant; wherefore Constitutional law is her domain. At Niti Manthan, Samiksha is coordinating Legal Awareness initiatives.
Aakriti is a final year law student who has a work experience in litigation as well as in corporate law. Aakriti is an artophilic whose interest ranges from fine arts to performing arts. Associated with Niti Manthan since May 2019, Aakriti has previously interned at several research projects on Gender studies and legal education. An able administrator and avid learner, Aakriti is coordinating the legal awareness initiatives at Niti Manthan.

Maj. Poonam Kashyap (retd.) is an Army Veteran who served the Indian Army from 2006 to 2016. She did her B.Sc in Nursing from Armed Forces Medical College, Pune and then was deployed to defence units for various missions and units throughout India.
